But top leaders must sincerely live and embody the company\u2019s values in everything they do.\u00a0\u00a0<em><strong>A value is not a value until it\u2019s lived.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0(Source:\u00a0The Positive Encourager)<\/li>\r\n<li>Find a set of core employees who already live the company\u2019s values.\u00a0Engage them in writing the values,\u00a0coaching and rewarding the right behaviors in others.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"iStock-850883566\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hofferplastics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/iStock-850883566-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"iStock-850883566\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/> <strong>Embed Values in All Decisions<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Screen for and hire people who embody the company\u2019s values.\u00a0Train or exit those who don\u2019t. Use this same approach with potential customer, suppliers and investors.<\/li>\r\n<li>Warby Parker will only work with partners and investors\u00a0who share and live its company&#8217;s cultural values.\u00a0<em>(Source:\u00a0Harvard Business School)<\/em><\/li>\r\n<li>After orientation, Zappos offers $2000 as an incentive for people\u00a0not\u00a0to work at the company.\u00a0\u201cThe ones guidance<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"MyersBriggsTypes\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hofferplastics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/MyersBriggsTypes-300x169.png\" alt=\"MyersBriggsTypes\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/> <strong>Communicate, Communicate, Communicate \u2013 and Measure<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Include the values on all company communications\u00a0and profiles:<\/strong> website, social media sites, trade associations, business directories, job search sites, business cards, packaging.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Post the values in common areas<\/strong>\u00a0and throughout the company\u2019s facilities.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Conduct periodic surveys<\/strong>\u00a0to assess the level of employees\u2019 knowledge, engagement and commitment to the values.\u00a0Run the survey by customers, suppliers, and other key partners to gauge external views.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
